Under the Livelihoods & Resilience Program, SCAWO focuses on long-term stabilization and strengthening self-reliance among vulnerable communities. The program promotes sustainable livelihoods through agricultural support, livestock assistance, and cash-for-work initiatives to enhance household income and economic security. It also supports Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and youth employability to enhance skills and access to decent work opportunities. In addition, SCAWO contributes to social protection through safety nets and Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA), while investing in community infrastructure, including WASH facilities, schools, and clinics, to build resilient and inclusive communities.
