• Strengthen Humanitarian Assistance and Emergency Response: Enhance SCAWO’s capacity to deliver timely and culturally sensitive support to vulnerable populations, particularly women and girls, during emergencies.

Improve Emergency Preparedness and Response Frameworks: Develop and implement effective response plans and strategies to address critical needs in crisis situations.
Enhance Strategic Planning: Advance SCAWO’s organizational vision by improving strategic planning processes for better alignment with humanitarian priorities.
Build Staff and Volunteer Capacity in Crisis Management: Provide comprehensive training on humanitarian principles, emergency response, and crisis management to strengthen staff and volunteer expertise.
Upgrade Infrastructure for Humanitarian Operations: Modernize operational tools and systems to ensure efficient delivery of humanitarian assistance.
Engage Communities in Crisis Preparedness: Foster meaningful community participation to improve awareness and readiness for responding to emergencies effectively.
